Audiovisual Metadata Platform (AMP) Planning Project: Progress Report and Next Steps
The plan for an open platform that uses speech recognition, OCR and other machine learning to describe large audiovisual archives. I was on the project team; the report came out of the September 2017 planning workshop, and the plan was first presented at the AMIA conference in December 2017.
